Organic soap
Organic soap is good for skin, good for the environment and lasts longer
than most chemicals. Organic farming does not use pesticides or genetically
modified substances.
Organic soap is also generally made without using animal products –
vegetable oils instead of beef tallow, pork lard, or chicken fat. It
is usually a combination of saponified organic palm, olive, and coconut
oils. Other organic ingredients might include organic cocoa butter and
organic aloe vera, for example.
Organic soap is also popular because it leaves behind no harmful byproducts.
People who are environmentally conscious and aware of the harmful toxins
in most products appreciate organic soap and a lot of them even make
their own in a bid for self-sufficiency.
